Cancellation Policy
The Full amount will be refunded if canceled before 30 days of scheduled arrival.
50% retention charges, If canceled before 15 days prior to scheduled arrival(but less than 30 days).
100% retention charges, if canceled than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
After arrival, change in the hotel, room category, or vehicle type, guests have to pay the full amount per current tariff.
No refund will be provided in case of any changes or cancellations in the plan after arrival.
Changes in dates, guest names, or category of rooms would treat as a cancellation.
Child Policy
1-year to 5 years Child= Complimentary(without Extra Bed & vehicle space
5-year to 11years Child = Consider as Extra Person
12-year and above considered as an adult.
Terms & Condition
Guest ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly
carry the same ID card on tour.
Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are
requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items,
money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, electronics / laptop or photographic equipment,
antiques, artifacts, work of art, precious metals and other similar valuables at their own risk.
The vehicles used for transfers shall not be at sole disposal of guest.
