Cancellation Policy
- 10% retention charges, if cancelled before 30 days of scheduled arrival.
- 50% retention charges, If cancelled 15 days before scheduled arrival(but
- less than 30 days).
- 100% retention charges, if canceled than 15 days before scheduled arrival.
- After arrival, guests have to pay the full amount as per the current tariff if there is a change in hotel, room category, or vehicle type.
- No refund will be provided in case of any changes or cancellations in the plan after arrival.
- Changes in dates, guest names, or category of rooms would be treated as cancellation.

- Guest ID card, ID card type and ID card number are mandatory at the time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests
- carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, electronics/laptops or photographic equipment, antiques, artefacts, works of art, precious metals and other similar valuables at their own risk.
- The vehicles used for transfers shall not be at the sole disposal of guests.
